Constant monitoring and evaluation

Measuring the impact of change is key

You can only manage what you measure. Monitoring and evaluation allow us to understand the real state of things and to define initiatives that will generate the required impact.

To have a real effect it is necessary to define and implement metrics that allow monitoring the results of policies and programmes, and more importantly, that this monitoring and evaluation are consequent and generate policies aiming at continuous improvement.

Data should be used to improve support to students, teachers and schools and not simply as tools for punishment.
